
Slow Cooker Chicken and Stuffing
This comforting slow cooker recipe combines juicy chicken breasts, creamy soup, stuffing mix, and broth, all cooked low and slow for a fuss-free family dinner.

- 28 oz Boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 3 large breasts
- 10.75 oz Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
- 0.5 cup Fat free sour cream
- 6 oz Dry stuffing mix such as Stove-Top or Pepperidge Farm
- 1 cup Reduced sodium chicken broth

- Place the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the Cream of Chicken soup and sour cream until combined.
- Spread the soup mixture over the top of the chicken breasts in an even layer.
- Rinse out your mixing bowl and add in the dry stuffing mix and chicken broth.
- Stir stuffing and broth together to combine and then spread it evenly over the soup mixture in the slow cooker.
- Place the cover on the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Stir together before serving (chicken will fall apart into shreds or chunks).
