- 1 cup Mixed berries fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup Maple syrup or honey
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract

- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds optional for thickness
- 1 cup Greek yogurt for serving, optional
- ½ cup Fresh strawberries sliced
- ½ cup Blueberries
- ¼ cup Raspberries
- ¼ cup Walnuts chopped, optional
