  • 2 cups Rolled oats old-fashioned
  • 1 ½ cups Almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 cup Mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup or honey
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt optional
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds optional for thickness
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt for serving, optional
  • ½ cup Fresh strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • ¼ cup Raspberries
  • ¼ cup Walnuts chopped, optional
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseed meal optional
  • 1 tablespoon Honey optional for topping

  • Combine rolled oats, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, chia seeds, ground cinnamon, and flaxseed meal in the pressure cooker pot.
  • Give everything a good stir to mix well.
  • Close the lid and set the pressure cooker to manual for 0 minutes (just to mix and soak, no cooking needed).
  • Release pressure naturally, then open the lid and stir in mixed berries gently.
  • Transfer oats to containers or jars and refrigerate overnight.
  • Serve chilled with fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, walnuts, Greek yogurt, and a drizzle of honey if desired.

Notes

For best texture, use old-fashioned rolled oats and soak overnight. Add your favorite nuts or seeds for crunch.
