- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- ½ teaspoon salt to taste
- 2 cups Ritz crackers crushed
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup cooked pasta optional

- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased pressure cooker-safe casserole dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cracker topping evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Pour ½ cup chicken broth into the bottom of your pressure cooker and place the casserole dish on a trivet inside.
- Seal the lid and pressure cook on high for 30 minutes. Allow natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release.
- Serve hot as-is or with cooked pasta if desired.
Notes
