
Easy Steak Cheese and Rice
Quick and delicious steak cheese and rice perfect for any meal occasion

Main ingredients
- 1 lb NY Strip Steak
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- ½ teaspoon salt and pepper each
- 1 teaspoon cumin and dried cilantro each
- 2 teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ cayenne
- 3 packs Ben’s Original Ready Rice Cilantro Lime
- ½ cup water
- Pancho’s queso
- Pico de gallo
- Fajita size flour tortillas
- Cilantro fresh

- Cut steak into thin strips and set aside.
- Heat a griddle over medium heat. Add some oil to the griddle.
- Add the packs of rice to the griddle and pour a little bit of water over the rice. Cover with a griddle dome and let cook until the rice is tender.
- Add 1 tablespoon oil to the other side of the griddle and add the steak.
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, cumin, dried cilantro, chili powder, and cayenne. Stir everything together well.
- Once the steak is cooked how you like it, combine the steak and rice. Remove it from the griddle.
- Heat up some white queso and pour the queso over the steak and rice. Top with fresh cilantro. Heat up tortillas and serve with pico de gallo. Enjoy!

Serve the steak and rice with warmed tortillas and fresh pico de gallo for added flavor.
