- ½ teaspoon Onion powder

- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ cup Chicken broth
- 1 Avocado ripe, sliced
- 4 slices Bread sourdough or bread of choice
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese or cheese of choice
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- To taste Fresh cilantro chopped

- In a small bowl, mix cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, chipotle powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mix evenly over chicken breasts.
- Set pressure cooker to sauté and heat olive oil. Brown chicken breasts on both sides.
- Add chicken broth, cover, and cook under high pressure for 10 minutes, then quick release.
- Shred the chicken and mix with lime juice, mayonnaise, and cilantro.
