- 500 g Sausage BBQ flavor
- 1 cup BBQ sauce your choice
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

- Heat olive oil in the pressure cooker using the sauté function.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add sausages and brown them on all sides.
- Pour in BBQ sauce and garlic powder over sausages.
- Secure the lid, set to pressure cook for 10 minutes.
- Allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes after cooking.
- Remove the lid and using sauté function again, reduce sauce if needed.
Notes
Ensure sausages are fully cooked before serving. Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
