- Pinch Salt
- ½ cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Crushed nuts or granola optional topping

- In a pressure cooker, add the diced apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and water. Stir well.
- Lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Quick release the steam.
- Stir in the almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping.
- Transfer pudding to serving dishes or jars.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to thicken, or serve warm if preferred.
- Top with crushed nuts or granola before serving, if desired.
Notes
You can meal prep this pudding and store it in jars for up to 4 days in the refrigerator. Adjust maple syrup to your taste preference.
