- 1¾ cups+1 tbsp Greek yogurt can substitute with flavored Greek yogurt or plain yogurt
- 1 cup Sweetened condensed milk (approx.)
- 5 tbsp All purpose flour can substitute with 2½ tablespoon cornstarch

- Preheat the oven to 177°C or 350°F.
- Add Greek yogurt and sweetened condensed milk to a large mixing bowl.
- Sift all purpose flour into the bowl and mix everything together super well so there are no clumps.
- Line a cake pan with parchment paper and pour the batter into the prepared tin.
- Bake for about 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and a dollop of jam if desired.
