- 500 ml Chicken broth low sodium
- 200 g Chicken breast boneless, diced
- 1 cup Orzo pasta
- 1 Carrot medium, diced
- 1 Celery stalk diced
- 1 Onion small, minced
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground

- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Sauté until soft.
- Add diced chicken breast, cook until lightly browned.
- Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil.
- Add orzo pasta, reduce heat and let simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream, let simmer until pasta is cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
