  • ΒΌ cup powdered peanut butter you can also sub in vanilla flavored protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter adds creamy richness plus the signature nutty vibe
  • 3-4 tablespoons maple syrup or honey sweetens naturally without being overwhelming
  • dates ripe ripped in half and rolled into balls or chopped for folding into the mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract brings all the flavors together nicely
  • 1 pinch sea salt enhances sweetness and balances flavors beautifully
  • 1 cup chopped chocolate or chocolate chips for those pockets of melty goodness
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil drizzled on top just before freezing for a slight sheen and subtle flavor pop

  • In a mixing bowl, combine your thick yogurt with the powdered peanut butter, the peanut butter, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Donu27t rush it, mix until all is well combined and smooth.
  • Fold in the chopped chocolate or chocolate chips and the dates carefully so they are evenly distributed through the creamy mixture.
  • Line a baking dish or tray with parchment paper to keep things clean and to help shapes hold nice.
  • Scoop out spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture and shape them into bites, placing each one gently on the lined tray.
  • If you like, drizzle the melted coconut oil over the top of these bites. It gives a little extra flavor and texture once frozen.
  • Pop the tray into the freezer for at least 2 to 3 hours until the bites are firm and ready to eat.
  • Once frozen, carefully remove each bite from the parchment and place them in an airtight container.
  • Store the container in your freezer so these little bites stay fresh and can be grabbed anytime you want a quick treat.
