  • 2 lbs Beef chuck cut into cubes
  • 4 Carrots peeled and cut into chunks
  • 4 Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

  • Heat vegetable oil in the pressure cooker over medium heat.
  • Add beef cubes and brown on all sides.
  • Add onions and garlic; sauté until softened.

  • Stir in tomato paste, thyme, salt, and pepper.
    2 tbsp Tomato paste, 1 tsp Dried thyme, 1 tsp Salt, 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • Add carrots, potatoes, and beef broth.
    4 Carrots, 4 Potatoes, 1 cup Beef broth
  • Lock the lid and bring to high pressure.
  • Cook under pressure for 40 minutes.
  • Release pressure, open lid carefully, and serve hot.
