Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease your baking dish.
Melt butter in a large bowl, mix in the brown sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs, beat until silky.
Gradually add flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Fold in white chocolate chips and blueberries gently.
Pour batter into greased dish, place on trivet in pressure cooker with some broth depth beneath.
Seal pressure cooker, set to high pressure and cook for 20 minutes. Release pressure slowly.
Finish by baking in the oven for about 10 minutes to develop a crust.
Let blondies cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing into squares.
