Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ΒΌ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust amount according to taste preference for sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • fresh herbs Optional, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese and softened cream cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Gradually add the olive oil while continuing to blend until the mixture becomes velvety and well combined.
  • Pour in the honey and lemon juice, then mix again just until incorporated. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  • Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and drizzle a little extra honey on top. Optionally, sprinkle fresh herbs for garnish.
  • Serve immediately with fresh vegetables, pita chips, or bread.
