Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head cauliflower About 2 pounds, cut into florets.
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup plant-based milk Such as almond or soy.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For drizzling.
  • ½ cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, plant-based milk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, whisking until smooth.
  • Dip each cauliflower floret in the batter, making sure it is fully coated, then place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Once all florets are coated, drizzle olive oil over them and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.
  • While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing vegan mayonnaise, sriracha, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a saucepan until combined.
  • Once the cauliflower wings are finished, remove them from the oven and toss them in the Bang Bang sauce until they are evenly coated.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

For an even crispier texture, you can air fry the cauliflower wings instead of baking them.
Pair with fresh veggies and extra sauce for dipping for a delightful appetizer platter.
These cauliflower wings can also be enjoyed cold, making them a great option for meal prep or snacks.
