Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans Can substitute with walnuts or any nuts of your preference.
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 packages (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix For richer flavor, use dark chocolate pudding.
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • Additional for garnish whipped topping
  • Additional for garnish chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and chopped pecans. Mix well until all crumbs are coated.
  • Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to form a crust. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated. Spread this mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened (about 2 minutes). Pour the pudding over the cream cheese layer and spread it out evenly.
  • Drizzle the caramel sauce over the pudding layer, and then gently swirl it in with a knife.
  • Cover and refrigerate the Turtle Lush for at least 2 hours to allow it to set.
  • Before serving, top with additional whipped topping and sprinkle with chopped pecans for garnish.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate pudding instead of regular chocolate pudding.
You can substitute the pecans with walnuts or any nuts of your preference.
Make sure to let the dessert chill adequately for the best texture.
