Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add elbow pasta and cook until al dente, then drain and set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta and drained tuna.
Add diced cucumber, radishes, bell pepper, and red onion.
In a separate bowl, whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then pour over salad and toss to coat.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Pasta is best slightly undercooked to avoid mushiness when mixed with the dressing later.
