Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1-2 minutes to remove raw taste.
Add tomato sauce and let it gently simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss cooked pasta with the sauce until well coated.
Serve immediately topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
Notes
Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat gently with a splash of water or broth to maintain creaminess.
