  • 2 cans Condensed cream of chicken soup 10.5 ounce cans
  • 3 cans Chicken broth 14 ounce cans
  • 3 cups Shredded cooked chicken meat
  • 2 cans Refrigerated biscuit dough 10 ounce cans, cut into quarters

  • Pour the chicken broth and condensed cream of chicken soup into your pressure cooker. Stir until smooth over medium heat.
  • Bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Add shredded cooked chicken and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Cut biscuit dough into quarters and drop into the simmering mixture. Stir gently to prevent sticking.
  • Seal the lid with the sealing ring. Set to low pressure and cook for 15–20 minutes until dumplings are tender.
  • Use quick release. Open the lid carefully and stir gently. Serve hot.

Notes

Seal properly before cooking. Add chopped parsley to serve. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days or freeze for longer storage.
