  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken meat
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough 10 ounce each
  • herbs optional, like thyme or parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • Butter for a little richness
  • Milk optional, a splash if you like dumplings creamier
  • Non-stick spray or oil for greasing pot

  • Grease your pressure cooker pot lightly with butter or non-stick spray.
  • Pour in condensed cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Stir until smooth.
  • Add shredded cooked chicken meat and stir to combine evenly.
  • Cut biscuit dough into quarters and drop into the soup mixture.
  • Stir gently to avoid clumping. Seal lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Quick release pressure, open the lid carefully, and give everything a final stir before serving.

Notes

For richer flavor, add a mix of chicken breast and thigh meat. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
