In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.

Pour the batter into a greased waffle iron set inside the pressure cooker.
Cook under pressure for 5 minutes, then allow a natural release.
Carefully remove waffles and serve warm with syrup.
