Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups fresh baby spinach Approximately 180 g.
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced Approximately 300 g.
  • ½ cup pecans, chopped Approximately 60 g.
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled Approximately 75 g.
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing Approximately 60 ml.

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the baby spinach under cold water and dry it using a salad spinner or a clean towel. Place it in a large salad bowl.
  • Slice the fresh strawberries and add them to the bowl with the spinach.
  • Chop the pecans coarsely and sprinkle them over the salad.
  • Crumble the feta cheese on top of the salad.
  • In a small bowl, combine the balsamic vinaigrette dressing and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad before serving and toss gently just to combine the ingredients without bruising the spinach.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You may substitute sliced almonds or walnuts for the pecans if desired.
For an added fruity flavor, consider adding sliced avocado or blueberries.
This salad can be prepared a few hours in advance; just keep it refrigerated and dress just before serving to avoid sogginess.
