Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup walnuts, toasted or pecans
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh baby spinach, sliced strawberries, and red onion.
  • Add the crumbled feta cheese and toasted walnuts to the bowl, gently tossing to combine all ingredients.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
