Cook your pasta according to the package directions. Don’t overdo it because it’ll cook some more in the pressure cooker.
Drain pasta and set it aside for later. You don’t want it soggy while you cook your sausage.
Heat olive oil in your skillet on medium. When it’s hot, add the sliced sausage. Brown it for 5-7 minutes till edges look crispy and smell real good.
Toss in the minced garlic and stir it around for about a minute. You gotta be careful not to burn it; garlic burns fast and gets bitter.
Now pour in honey, soy sauce, and sprinkle that black pepper. Stir it good so everything gets mixed up.
Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it cook for about 5 minutes. The sauce should thicken and become sticky which is the best part.
Add the pasta to the skillet and toss gently but thoroughly, so every piece is coated with sticky sauce. Finish with green onions on top before serving.
