Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, apple cider vinegar, garlic salt, and optional red pepper flakes. Set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, pour in chicken broth and heavy whipping cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add uncooked spaghetti to the skillet and stir occasionally. Simmer for 12-15 minutes until noodles are al dente and most liquid is absorbed.
In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
Pour honey garlic sauce into skillet and stir. Add the slurry and cook 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
Simmer another 2-3 minutes until sticky and glossy. Remove from heat.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
Store in airtight containers for up to 3 days. Reheat with splash of broth or water for best texture.
