  • cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • ½ cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces Spaghetti uncooked
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • Fresh parsley chopped for garnish
  • Red pepper flakes for garnish, optional

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, apple cider vinegar, garlic salt, and optional red pepper flakes. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, pour in chicken broth and heavy whipping cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Add uncooked spaghetti to the skillet and stir occasionally. Simmer for 12-15 minutes until noodles are al dente and most liquid is absorbed.
  • In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
  • Pour honey garlic sauce into skillet and stir. Add the slurry and cook 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  • Simmer another 2-3 minutes until sticky and glossy. Remove from heat.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Store in airtight containers for up to 3 days. Reheat with splash of broth or water for best texture.
