This is a quick pressure cooker recipe for sticky honey garlic chicken noodles that combines sweet and spicy flavors with tender ground chicken and perfectly cooked noodles.

Bring a pot of water to a boil for the noodles. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the coleslaw mix. Stir to coat in oil and cook until tender crisp.
Transfer coleslaw to a bowl and set aside. Add ground chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown before breaking apart and fully cooking.
Add honey, chili garlic sauce, coconut aminos, black vinegar, ginger, and water to the chicken. Stir and cook until the liquid is reduced and caramelized.
Cook noodles according to their package directions, reserve ½ cup water and drain the rest.
Combine the noodles with the chicken mixture in the pan, using reserved water as needed to bring everything together.
Garnish with chives or scallions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
If you're in a rush, pre-minced ginger or ginger paste saves time. Swap ground chicken for turkey or tofu as desired.
