  • 4 cups Coleslaw Mix no chopping needed, so easy on you.
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil for browning that chicken just right.
  • 1 pound Ground Chicken Breast think lean and tender.
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey adds that perfect sticky sweetness.
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Garlic Sauce or Sriracha toss in some heat and garlic punch.
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Aminos or low sodium soy sauce salty umami goodness.
  • 2 Tablespoons Chinese Black Vinegar or balsamic vinegar smoky tang to balance.
  • 2 Frozen Crushed Ginger Cubes or 2 teaspoons freshly crushed ginger zingy freshness you can taste.
  • ¼ cup Water to help everything steam and mingle.
  • 2 packs Trader Joe's Squiggly Knife Cut Style Noodles 95g each, or other instant ramen like Momofuku noodles - for that quick noodle fix.

  • Start by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. You gotta get it nice and hot to brown the chicken good.
  • Add the ground chicken breast and let it cook till it’s brown and crumbly, about 6-8 minutes. Break it apart with your spatula so it cooks evenly.
  • Now stir in the honey, chili garlic sauce, coconut aminos, Chinese black vinegar, and crushed ginger. Cook this mix for 2-3 minutes till it’s all blended good and smells amazing.
  • Throw in your coleslaw mix and water. Stir it up so everything’s coated and cook another 5 minutes till that coleslaw wilts down nicely.
  • While all that’s cooking, boil your noodles in a separate pot following the package instructions. Once done, drain and set them aside.
  • Last step is to toss the cooked noodles into the skillet with your chicken and coleslaw mix. Stir together so every bite gets sticky honey garlic love. Serve hot with your chives and toasted sesame seeds on top and dig right in!
