  • 2 lbs Chicken wings fresh or thawed
  • 1 cup Barbecue sauce your favorite
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce for salty kick
  • 1 tablespoon Honey for sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper for heat

  • Set the pressure cooker to sauté mode and add a little oil. Stir in the garlic and onion powders for about 30 seconds.
  • Mix the barbecue sauce, soy sauce, honey, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Coat the wings thoroughly in the mix.
  • Place wings with the sauce in the pressure cooker. Lock the lid and set the cooker to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Allow natural release of pressure. If desired, broil or grill for a couple more minutes for additional glaze.
  • Plate and serve. Enjoy with napkins!

Notes

For more flavor, let wings marinate for a few minutes. Adjust cayenne pepper for your preferred level of spiciness.
