Set the pressure cooker to sauté mode and add a little oil. Stir in the garlic and onion powders for about 30 seconds.
Mix the barbecue sauce, soy sauce, honey, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Coat the wings thoroughly in the mix.
Place wings with the sauce in the pressure cooker. Lock the lid and set the cooker to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Allow natural release of pressure. If desired, broil or grill for a couple more minutes for additional glaze.
Plate and serve. Enjoy with napkins!
Notes
For more flavor, let wings marinate for a few minutes. Adjust cayenne pepper for your preferred level of spiciness.
