Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay bacon strips flat on the sheet. Sprinkle brown sugar and black pepper over each piece.
Bake bacon for 15–20 minutes until caramelized and crisp. Transfer to cooling rack to stiffen.
In a bowl, mix spinach, whipped cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, and garlic paste until smooth.
Spread a tablespoon of dip on each crostini. Use enough to be creamy, not too much to spill over.
Top each with chopped million dollar bacon pieces.
Preheat your oven to 400°F and bake crostini for 5 minutes until dip is bubbly.
Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
