Heat olive oil in pressure cooker on medium heat.
Add sliced garlic and cook until golden and fragrant.
Add stale bread pieces and toast lightly with garlic.
Sprinkle in smoked paprika and stir to coat evenly.
Pour in chicken stock and close pressure cooker lid.
Cook under pressure for 10 minutes once pressure is reached.
Perform quick pressure release and open lid carefully.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle whisked eggs in slowly while stirring to form ribbons. Simmer 1–2 minutes and serve.

Let soup cool before storing. Keeps 3 days in fridge or freezes well for later warmth.
