Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat each chicken wing in the flour mixture, shaking off the excess.
In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the wings in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
In the same skillet, add sliced onions and garlic, sautéing until the onions are translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Pour in the chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
Once the mixture is simmering, add the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce, whisking continuously until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
In a baking dish, lay the fried chicken wings and pour the onion gravy over them, ensuring they are well-coated.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes to allow the wings to soak up the flavors.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes to crisp up the wings slightly.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving on a platter.
