Cheesy, hearty, and utterly effortless—this slow cooker lasagna with frozen ravioli brings all the flavor with none of the fuss. A perfect comfort food dinner for busy nights.

  • 25 oz. frozen ravioli DO NOT THAW, I use 5 cheese
  • 1 lb. ground beef can use mild sausage
  • 1 cup white onion diced
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. dried leaf oregano not ground
  • 24 oz. marinara sauce I use Rao's
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cups

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain fat.
  • Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Layer half the frozen ravioli on top of the sauce.
  • Add half the cooked beef, more marinara sauce, and sprinkle with mozzarella.
  • Repeat layers with remaining ravioli, beef, sauce, and cheese.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours until heated through.
  • Turn off heat and let it rest 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Let rest before serving so the lasagna sets perfectly. Freezes well for meal prep!
