  • 2 cans Refrigerated crescent rolls Each 8 oz
  • 8 pieces Mozzarella string cheese Halved to make 16 short sticks
  • 6 tablespoons Melted salted butter
  • 4 to 5 cloves Garlic Grated or minced super fine
  • 1.5 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried basil

  • Preheat your oven as per what the crescent rolls package suggests.
  • Grab a small bowl. Add your melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, parsley, and basil. Mix well.
  • Unroll your crescent dough and separate them into triangles.
  • Place one mozzarella stick at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up toward the point.
  • Dip each cheese bomb in the garlic butter mix to coat it properly.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place all the garlic cheese bombs on it.
  • Bake in the oven for the time mentioned on the crescent roll package. Let them rest once done.
