Skinny Banana Pudding in the Pressure Cooker
Skinny Banana Pudding has just the right amount of sweetness with a little tang. Greek yogurt makes this a much healthier option.

Instructions
Whisk together the sugar-free vanilla pudding mix and skim milk in a large bowl till smooth.
Fold in the vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt until mixed good and creamy.
In another bowl, gently fold in the light Cool-Whip until it's fluffy and nice.
Grab your serving dish and layer half the vanilla wafers on the bottom.
Pour half the pudding mix over the wafers, spreading it evenly.
Add a layer of half the sliced bananas on top of the pudding.
Repeat the layers with remaining wafers, pudding, and bananas till you've used all up.
Pop it in the fridge and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving so everything sets nice.
