  • 1 large box sugar-free vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
  • 3 cups skim milk
  • 2 cups vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 (8-ounce) container light Cool-Whip
  • 1 box reduced-fat Vanilla wafers
  • 6 bananas sliced

  • Whisk together the sugar-free vanilla pudding mix and skim milk in a large bowl till smooth.
  • Fold in the vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt until mixed good and creamy.
  • In another bowl, gently fold in the light Cool-Whip until it's fluffy and nice.
  • Grab your serving dish and layer half the vanilla wafers on the bottom.
  • Pour half the pudding mix over the wafers, spreading it evenly.
  • Add a layer of half the sliced bananas on top of the pudding.
  • Repeat the layers with remaining wafers, pudding, and bananas till you've used all up.
  • Pop it in the fridge and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving so everything sets nice.

Notes

Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
