Instructions
Heat olive oil in your skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Toss in the minced garlic and sauté it about 30 seconds till fragrant.
Add the shrimp and cook until they turn bright pink, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Stir in carrot and red bell pepper then cook 2 to 3 minutes until softened.
Drop in broccoli florets and keep stir-frying for another 3 to 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, pressure cook your spaghetti noodles following package instructions.
Add noodles to the skillet, toss to combine all ingredients.
Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Use any noodles of your choice. Raw shrimp works best. Toss in other veggies if desired. Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days.
