  • 1 mango diced

  • 1 jalapeño seeded and minced

  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste

  • Mix shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, and salt in another bowl as marinade.
  • In a skillet, sear the shrimp over medium heat, about 3-4 minutes per side, until pink.
  • Slice avocados, drizzle with remaining lime juice to prevent browning.
  • Assemble bowls with layers of shrimp, avocado, and top with mango salsa.
  • Drizzle extra lime juice on top, serve and enjoy.

Ensure avocados remain fresh by adding lime juice after slicing. Pressure cooking the shrimp maintains their juiciness.
