Instructions
Instructions
Once you9ve got all your toppings ready, preheat your oven to 4256F (2206C). This part's outside the pressure cooker, but it's key for finishing crispiness.
Brush each naan flatbread lightly with olive oil. This helps keep the crust from getting soggy after the pressure cooker does its thing.
Spread about ¼ cup pizza sauce evenly over each naan. Try not to go too crazy or the bread won9t hold up.
Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded mozzarella cheese all over the sauce. This cheese layer is gonna bind everything tight while melting.
Scatter the cooked Italian sausage pieces over the mozzarella. Don9t pile it on too thick.
Dollop ricotta cheese on top of each pizza in small spoonfuls. Season with kosher salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
Drizzle honey and add hot sauce dashes across the top.
Now pop the pizzas into your preheated oven on a baking tray and bake 10-12 minutes. You want bubbly, melted cheese and edges just starting to crisp.
Then slice and serve warm.
Notes
Serve warm and enjoy the perfect balance of spicy, sweet, and creamy flavors. Store leftovers wrapped well in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in oven for best texture.
