Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 package Stonefire Naan Flatbreads usually 2 per pack
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • ½ cup pizza sauce your go-to favorite
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese you want that melty stretchiness
  • ½ pound cooked Italian sausage crumbled or chunked up
  • ¾ to 1 cup ricotta cheese creamy and fresh
  • Kosher salt to season
  • Pepper for a little zip
  • Crushed red pepper flakes for when you wanna add that heat
  • 2 tablespoons honey yes, it goes on pizza and tastes wicked good

Instructions

Instructions

  • Once you9ve got all your toppings ready, preheat your oven to 4256F (2206C). This part's outside the pressure cooker, but it's key for finishing crispiness.
  • Brush each naan flatbread lightly with olive oil. This helps keep the crust from getting soggy after the pressure cooker does its thing.
  • Spread about ¼ cup pizza sauce evenly over each naan. Try not to go too crazy or the bread won9t hold up.
  • Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded mozzarella cheese all over the sauce. This cheese layer is gonna bind everything tight while melting.
  • Scatter the cooked Italian sausage pieces over the mozzarella. Don9t pile it on too thick.
  • Dollop ricotta cheese on top of each pizza in small spoonfuls. Season with kosher salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
  • Drizzle honey and add hot sauce dashes across the top.
  • Now pop the pizzas into your preheated oven on a baking tray and bake 10-12 minutes. You want bubbly, melted cheese and edges just starting to crisp.
  • Then slice and serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm and enjoy the perfect balance of spicy, sweet, and creamy flavors. Store leftovers wrapped well in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in oven for best texture.
