- 4 medium sweet potatoes About 2 pounds.
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ cup feta cheese Crumble cheese.
- 2 tablespoons honey
- to taste none fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.
