Cut chicken breasts into thin flat pieces and pat dry.
Mix all spices in a bowl. Sprinkle over chicken and drizzle avocado oil. Toss well to coat evenly.
Ensure pressure cooker’s sealing ring is clean and insert rack or shallow pan inside with a bit of water.
Place chicken on rack/pan inside pressure cooker. Lock lid and seal. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Quick release pressure carefully. Once float valve drops, open lid.
Transfer chicken to air fryer basket and air fry at 415°F for 8-10 minutes until crispy edges form.
Serve warm with gochujang dipping sauce or side of choice.
Notes
Try patting chicken dry before seasoning to ensure crisp edges. Store leftovers in a tight container for up to 3 days, or freeze up to 2 months.
