  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced thin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt fine grind
  • 1 ½ teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons avocado oil
  • gochujang dipping sauce optional

  • Cut chicken breasts into thin flat pieces and pat dry.
  • Mix all spices in a bowl. Sprinkle over chicken and drizzle avocado oil. Toss well to coat evenly.
  • Ensure pressure cooker’s sealing ring is clean and insert rack or shallow pan inside with a bit of water.
  • Place chicken on rack/pan inside pressure cooker. Lock lid and seal. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Quick release pressure carefully. Once float valve drops, open lid.
  • Transfer chicken to air fryer basket and air fry at 415°F for 8-10 minutes until crispy edges form.
  • Serve warm with gochujang dipping sauce or side of choice.

Notes

Try patting chicken dry before seasoning to ensure crisp edges. Store leftovers in a tight container for up to 3 days, or freeze up to 2 months.
