  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 8-10 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Grated
  • 1 tablespoon Hot sauce More if desired
  • 2 teaspoons Red pepper flakes
  • 0.33 cup Fresh parsley Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Dried dill
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1.5 tablespoon Dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Dried dill
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper

  • Melt the butter and mix with olive oil in a large bowl. Add minced garlic, parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, ranch seasoning, and dill. Mix well.
  • Add chicken pieces to the bowl and coat with the marinade. Let them soak.
  • Thread chicken pieces onto skewers and arrange them in the pressure cooker.
  • Seal the lid, set to high pressure, and cook for 10 minutes. Quick release.
  • Check if chicken is tender; if not, close the lid and let it naturally release for 5 additional minutes.
  • Remove skewers, let them rest, and serve hot.

Notes

Ensure wooden skewers are soaked in water for 30 minutes if using the grill.
