Mozzarella string cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the biscuits and flatten each slightly with your hands.
Place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
Fold biscuit dough around cheese and pinch edges to seal.
Place sealed cheese bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt in a small bowl.
Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the cheese bombs.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove and brush with butter again. Serve warm.
Notes
If you have light and dark baking sheets, use the light ones to avoid burning the bottoms.
