  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Begin by washing and scrubbing the russet potatoes thoroughly under running water. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • Cook the wedges in the air fryer for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Once cooked, remove the potato wedges from the air fryer and place them on a plate. If desired, garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

Cooking times may vary based on the model of your air fryer, so keep an eye on the wedges towards the end of cooking.
Feel free to customize the seasoning to your taste preferences; adding cayenne pepper for a spicy kick is a great option.
