- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 fresh jalapeños, diced Seeds removed for less heat.
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded sharp cheddar cheese and shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
Add the diced jalapeños to the cheese mixture, along with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
Using a tablespoon, scoop the cheese mixture and place mounds on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each mound to allow for spreading.
