In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Using a whisk or an electric mixer, blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no lumps and the mixture is well combined.
If you have an ice cream maker, transfer the mixture to the machine and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, usually for about 20-25 minutes, until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
If you do not have an ice cream maker, simply pour the mixture into an airtight container and place it in the freezer. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes for the first 2 hours to ensure an even texture.
Once it has reached your desired consistency (after about 4 hours), serve the frozen yogurt in bowls or cones.
Add optional toppings like chopped peanuts or chocolate chips if desired.
