Pour in the 2 cups of beef broth and bring it to a boil.
Add in your uncooked medium shells, reduce heat to a simmer, and let it cook covered for about 10 to 12 minutes until pasta is al dente.
Stir in heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce, cook for 2-3 minutes, and fold in cubed Velveeta cheese until it melts.
