Main ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 ripe bananas bananas mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.5 cup Nutella
Steps
Start by greasing your loaf pan so your bread won’t stick. Then mash your bananas so they’re nice and smooth.
Mix all your dry ingredients in one bowl. That means flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another big bowl, beat that softened butter and sugar till it’s creamy. You wanna get some air in there for tender bread.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each so they’re fully mixed.
Stir in mashed bananas and vanilla extract into the wet batter.
Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Mix just until combined, don’t overbeat or it might get tough.
Pour half the batter into your greased pan. Drop spoonfuls of Nutella on top, then swirl with a knife. Add the rest of the batter and repeat with Nutella swirls. Seal your pan into the pressure cooker with a rack underneath. Cook on high pressure for about 30 minutes, then use natural release to let the steam subside slowly before opening.
