Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond butter Or any nut butter.
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas About 2 large bananas.
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup chopped nuts Walnuts, almonds, or pecans.
  • ½ cup dried fruit Raisins, cranberries, or chopped apricots.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if you prefer a warm dessert or meal prep.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, mashed bananas, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the chopped nuts, dried fruit, and a pinch of salt to the mixture.
  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly to prevent sticking.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press it down evenly with the back of a spoon or spatula.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes for a warm treat, or refrigerate for an hour if you prefer it chilled.
  • Once cooled, cut into squares and enjoy!
