Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes About 600 grams.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 50 grams.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • to taste fresh parsley, chopped For garnish, optional.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and scrub the potatoes. Slice them into rounds, about ¼ inch thick.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato rounds with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to ensure the potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the potato rounds in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top of the potato rounds.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add your favorite herbs or spices to the seasoning mix.
These potato rounds can be served with a dipping sauce such as ranch, aioli, or ketchup.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and reheated in the oven for about 10 minutes to regain their crispiness.
