  • 2 large chicken breasts sliced into cubes
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 19 oz frozen tortellini

  • Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a shallow bowl.
  • Dredge chicken cubes in the flour mixture until fully coated.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat and cook chicken 6–8 minutes until golden. Set aside.
  • Add minced garlic to skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
  • Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes. Stir until sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Add oregano and thyme. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer 5 minutes.
  • Add frozen tortellini and sun-dried tomatoes, toss to coat, and simmer 2–3 minutes until tortellini is tender.

Notes

Serve hot and garnish with extra Parmesan or herbs. Great as next-day leftovers too!
