Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha sauce, salt, and black pepper.
Add cauliflower florets and toss until evenly coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread cauliflower in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Serve hot with extra Sriracha if desired.
Notes
Use airtight containers to store leftovers. Refrigerate within 2 hours and consume within 3-4 days.
